If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

All products (wholesale purchases are excluded) may be returned for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days of purchase. All open and unopened products in the order must be shipped back to California Academy of Health at customers' expense. A "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) must be obtained from California Academy of Health prior to returning the products.  Just email us and we will provide the RAN.

All returned merchandise must be insured to cover the value of the product by the customer with delivery confirmation.  Please pack the product carefully - because any product damaged during return shipping (Example: dented, smudged label or leaking) will not be credited.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the properly returned products that are referenced with a RAN and a copy of the original receipt.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and normal shipping charges will be deducted from all returns.

Important:  this return policy does not apply to volume wholesale orders.
