Returns

All products (wholesale purchases are excluded) may be returned for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days of purchase. All open and unopened products in the order must be shipped back to California Academy of Health at customers' expense. A "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) must be obtained from California Academy of Health prior to returning the products.  Just email us and we will provide the RAN.  All returned merchandise must be insured to cover the value of the product by the customer with delivery confirmation.  Please pack the product carefully - because any product damaged during return shipping (Example: dented, smudged label or leaking) will not be credited.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the properly returned products that are referenced with a RAN and a copy of the original receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and normal shipping charges will be deducted from all returns.  Important:  this return policy does not apply to volume wholesale orders.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday through Thursday). Orders received on Fridays (After 10:00 AM PT), Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. We will always notify the customer by email when the order is sent, or if there is a delay.

United States: 

We ship UPS Ground (3, 5 & 7 Days), UPS 3 Day Select UPS 2 Day Air & UPS Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail (For PO Boxes, APO's).

Canada:

Canadian Standard, Worldwide Express, and Expedited Air 2 to 3 Days (Shipping costs do include shipping brokerage fees)*.

International:

We ship Internationally - However, Please Read

• Buyers are responsible for all international taxes, fees, impounds and customs issues.  The purchase value is declared.  Our responsibility ends once shipped.

• Free shipping is not available for international orders or outside the continental US. 

At this time we ship internationally via UPS Worldship - please be aware that these methods include importation brokerage and some impound fees - but do not includes any taxes or duties - payment is of these fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient - returns due to non-acceptance of these fees are not accepted.

*Important: All International (Including Canada) buyers are responsible for all international taxes, fees and customs issues.  Our responsibility ends once shipped.  Shipping by means of UPS Canadian Standard does not include brokerage fees - these fees vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Returns due to refusal to pay these fees are not accepted.  Expedited Canadian shipping include brokerage fees.

Shipping charges include Shipping, Insurance & Handling.  Large Bulk orders are cheaper.
